Bidvest Noonan provides a range of outsourced facility services including security, cleaning, pest management and landscaping services to corporate clients. Headquartered in Swords, Dublin, Noonan also has offices in Northern Ireland and the UK, employing over 20,000 people.

Noonan had the difficult task of training large quantities of staff and contractors up to industry-accredited standards. It proved to be a real challenge to maintain records and administer each project across nearly 500 locations. They were looking for an innovative solution for over 20,000 employees that was fast, efficient, cost-effective, and compiled with the mandatory legislation required to work.

We worked closely with Noonan and developed a bespoke E-Learning courses that were hosted on the platform using Mykademy VLE to deliver all courses and up-to-date information. This allowed employees to take bite-sized courses on the learning management system from anywhere, only requiring an internet connection.
