Role Overview:
As a Channel Sales Manager at Vidaipro.com, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue growth. You will work closely with resellers, distributors, and other channel partners to promote and sell Vidaipro.com’s products and solutions. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of channel sales strategies in the technology or SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners including resellers, distributors, VARs (Value-Added Resellers), and system integrators to expand Vidaipro.com’s market reach.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners through regular communication, training sessions, joint marketing activities, and sales support to ensure alignment with Vidaipro.com’s goals and objectives.
- Sales Enablement: Provide channel partners with the necessary sales tools, marketing materials, product training, and technical support to effectively promote and sell Vidaipro.com’s products and solutions.
- Sales Planning and Forecasting: Collaborate with channel partners to develop sales plans, set targets, and forecast sales volumes accurately, leveraging market insights, customer feedback, and sales analytics.
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales opportunities through the channel partner network, monitor sales performance, and implement strategies to accelerate sales cycles and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales teams, marketing teams, and product development teams to ensure seamless collaboration, alignment of strategies, and timely resolution of partner-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or related roles within the technology, software, or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of channel sales strategies, partner recruitment, enablement, and management practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools to track performance metrics, analyze data, and drive informed decisions.
