VidaiPro Content Moderation Policy
Purpose
The purpose of this Content Moderation Policy is to ensure that all videos, images, and audio content uploaded and used within the VidaiPro platform align with our standards for respectful, lawful, and safe communication. This policy outlines the types of content
that are prohibited, the moderation process, and the roles and responsibilities involved in reviewing and approving user-generated content.
Prohibited Content
Users are strictly prohibited from uploading or distributing the following types of content on the VidaaiPro platform:
- Pornographic material: Any content that contains explicit sexual acts or nudity intended for sexual gratification.
- Extreme violence: Graphic depictions of violence intended to shock or disgust, including but not limited to torture, murder, and abuse.
- Hateful material: Content that promotes, incites, or glorifies hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected attributes.
User Agreement
As a condition of using the VidaiPro platform, users must acknowledge and agree that: ● All uploaded content (videos, images, and audio) may be scanned, analyzed, or reviewed by automated systems and/or human moderators.
- Any content found in violation of this policy may be rejected, removed, or reported, and the user’s account may be subject to restriction or suspension.
Moderation Workflow
- Automated Screening via Amazon Rekognition
- All uploaded videos and images are subjected to automated content moderation using AI.
- For video files, thumbnail and frame sampling techniques are used to extract key visual data for evaluation.
- Any flagged content is held for further review and not made accessible until approved.
- Audio Content Moderation
- Uploaded audio files are first converted to text using speech-to-text technology.
- The resulting transcript is then analyzed for compliance with our content policies, using keyword matching and sentiment analysis to detect harmful or prohibited language.
- Super Admin Review
- All flagged content—whether video, image, or audio—undergoes a Super Admin review process.
- The Super Admin has the authority to:
○ Approve the content: It becomes available to the respective client or user. ○ Disapprove the content: It is permanently removed from the platform and cannot be used or accessed.
Content Removal and Enforcement
- Content found to be in violation of this policy, either through automated detection or manual review, will be immediately removed.
- Repeat violations or severe breaches may result in account suspension or termination.
- VidaiPro reserves the right to report unlawful content to appropriate legal authorities where applicable.
Feedback and Appeals
Users who believe their content was wrongly flagged or removed may contact support at support@vidayopro.com. Appeals will be reviewed by the moderation team and/or Super Admins for final determination.
Policy Updates
This policy is subject to updates and revisions as our moderation capabilities evolve and regulatory or ethical standards shift. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or in-platform notifications.
